    Not impressed. Sold a satin handle with no fixings with no ability to buy the satin screws to fit the handle. Attempting return but the seller offers a zero return policy. Asked for details on where to buy the satin screws, claim they are sold separately, but no credible response as they don t exist on line thus far. Only offered stainless steel, which would look would look ridiculous. Would you buy a pair of shoes with out laces? Be mindful of this seller. I have wasted £38 with no resolution.

    Buyer bought handles as described , they are sold and packaged by the manufacturers without a spindle or screws and described as such - screws are available and I have offered to sell some to the buyer with no response - We have sold dozens of sets previously with zero problems as buyers usually use the existing screws and spindles - The buyer has no feedback so this maybe explains the problem - had he read the description and had a problem he should not have ordered the item

    Great Product

    These handles are really well made. They have a very positive spring within the handle which brings it back in a beautiful manner. The handle itself sits within the plate so well that there is very little "wobble" I have bought six pairs so far and will continue using this brand

    Can't rate these highly enough!

    My old door handles had a torsion spring (which broke) around the square spindle. No fixing that. The new handles both have a double spring cartridge above the handle which gives an excellent, strong return action. The pair I chose were white and even the heads of the long screws were white to match. Two pairs of screws are provided for different door thicknesses. Another bonus is the spring cartridges are replaceable. Delivery was also very quick and items well packed. They are definitely value for money, their overall appearance and quality is excellent and I can't rate them highly enough.

    Quality at a great price

    Ordered as replacement handles for our double back door. Was wondering if I should pay more. But these are heavier duty than the handles they replace and appear well made with a good action. And in fact appear to be identical to the handles on our garage door that was recently installed by a well respected local company. So I think they are excellent value.

    Quality Handles

    bought to replace old cheap handles which had failed, just checked and double checked the main measurements, bought a set and when arrived fitted in ten minutes, only part I had to play with was the lock barrel as the new back plates were thicker. Once fitted worked perfect and better than the actual original. Highly recommended.
