    You Purchased a NOS Stanley OEM That would have been Manufactured 45 years Ago, it was Packaged appropriately with Extra boxes & Bubble wrap, Sold as a Reproduction to reflect Price. 45 years of Storage accounts for the blemishes you described, I cannot be held accountable for this.
