    Seller mixed up the label with another item i bought from him to make it look like i received this item which i hadnt, had to open a case for refund

    Not quite, you purchased 2 items separately and the 2 postage labels were attached to opposite packages in error. You may still receive the missing item. The refund was issued today as 7 working days have now passed for RM to class as lost, I also have replacements that could have been offered. A case nor negative feedback were required to resolve this, only patience.
