However, the reason this is positive is because right after I reported the issue they not only gave a full refund but a discount on any future items from their store.     Lightweight and easy to use.

    My first word of advise is to be patient as the room humidity increases. We started at about 10% humidity and it took a little over a week for the room humidity to reach the 30's. I also believe that it is also more appropriate for a good sized room rather than a whole house. It is easy to use and quiet when run on lower fan speeds. Higher fan speeds are not as quiet. Overall, we are pleased and would recommend this unit recognizing its area limitations.

    I would not repurchase

    The machine works great as it comes and goes off as it should and is quiet on lower speeds , it is the tank and chemical is my concern. The tank has no way to see inside and thus no way to clean it if there is a problem . The chemical advises that you wear protective gear, so without a degree in chemistry I don't know if this product is safe for me to use.

    Effective And Easy to Use

    I've owned a number of humidifiers over the years. This is a winner. Pros: It puts a lot of moisture into the air, it's quiet enough on its lower settings, and it has a digital humidistat. Cons: The water tank is on the small side (I'm refilling three times each day), being totally opaque, you can't tell by looking how much water remains in the tank, and the construction feels a little flimsy. Would buy again.

    Junk

    Worst piece of junk I ever purchased. Please stay away from this unit. It works fine and then the wicking stops and you get nothing. You must constantly soak the wick unit or it will not work. I cant wait to get something else and I will put this one out of my misery.It was very expensive too. Could not be more dissappointed in this unit.
