    Great classical Pilates book

    This is a wonderful book of the Pilates Mat exercises written a number of years ago! It was aided by Romana Kryzanowska, who was a direct disciple of Joseph Pilates and an incredible teacher!! The photos are good, the text helpful and clear. All in all... super book!
