I was already unhappy because a few of the stones had scorch burn marks on them I thought was from poor prong work. Also two trillion stones were set so high and in clear glue and were laying on top of the setting. The jewelers says all the red stones are synthetic and are not rubies. Curved color banding is present. All the diamonds are natural. I do not have a PayPal account for a refund. A gorgeous ring that is a dog. Boo-hoo!Follow-up from: e***2- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.This was tested by a GIA gemologist. This company doe snot stand behind its product. I am unable to get my money back from them or eBay.
