The contents seemed to have been packed as they were originally. The bidet works perfectly and looks brand new (we even have to unwrap the sticky plastic covers from the parts. Shipping was soon after completing the purchase thru USPS, which was a bit of an inconvenience because nowadays their services are bad, and they delayed the delivery date for a few days, not the sellers fault though
