    Great Book for Diverse, Informative Content on Social Phenomena, Justice, and Diversity

    I ordered this as a textbook for my Diversity and Pluralism sociology course. The readings are extremely helpful at looking at phenomena through the sociological paradigm and various perspectives of many authors and contributors! This is an especially good read for those immersed in social settings pertinent to their line of work, but for people who want a better understanding of the reality of American society, policy, norms, social roles, customs, etc.
