“Get On Up” tells the life story of legendary singer James Brown. Brown was born in extreme poverty in 1933 in South Carolina. He faced many obstacles in his early years, including abandonment by his parents, abuse, and serving time in jail for theft at the age of 17. However, he later became one of the greatest and most influential musicians of the 20th century. The acknowledged “Godfather of Soul” first started out singing in a gospel group as a teen, but then he discovered the 'chitlin' circuit,' and jazz and blues became his path to fame. The film stars a cast of well-known actors including Chadwick Boseman, Nelsan Ellis, Dan Aykroyd, Viola Davis, Keith Robinson, and Octavia Spencer.Product Identifiers

Only was able to hear up until honky hoedown scene of movie, I saw it originally n theater, it was great, so I wanted a copy. No volume after that scene period. I let it play to make sure. I have one complaint concerning the product. The DVD was very clear in watching. My complaint is that when I received the product, it was flip flopping all around in the case.
