    Insidious: The Last Key

    I have watched everyone of the Insidious, and I have to say by far, this is one of the best. I loved the characters, of course Lin Shaye. Throughout the scenes there is darkness, as the director and characters take you with them into a dark journey. Shaye abused by her father, grew up with her hauntings, and joined others to bring it to an end. The only thing I thought was corky in the movie was the scene with the two men that join Lin, standing at the doorway, saying, "We are psychotics." It was corny to the man who opened the door, and to those who viewed it, otherwise, the movie was outstanding. Characters: 5 Stars Picture/Scenes: 5 Stars Directing: 5 Stars Two thumbs up and a must watch!

    Number 4 - Please no More!

    The first Insidious was a scary movie about a child lost in a different dimension. The second one was a continuation with the emphasis on the old lady's help. The third one took a totally different plot and was better for it. The Last Key is a prequel of sorts and while entertaining, certainly not up to the standards set by number 1. I know many people did not like it, but I still found it scary in some places and still a good finale to the series, I hope!

    Recommend viewing the first 3 films first as they give context to this one.

    This movie gives great insight as to who the entity is that has followed Dr. Elise all her life. The final conflict will have you on the edge of your seat as all things will be exposed and come to rest!

    Enjoyable movie

    I have enjoyed this whole series, maybe the 4th installment was not as good. But the last key was better than the 4th. The first and second will always be the best of all. Still glad to add this flick to my collection just the same.
