- 9***b (1948)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI have spoke with 2 members of staff trying to sort out the problem, the Gas Plancha comes with 2 battery compartments and the one that holds 4 X AA batteries is missing so you cant use the grill the batteries just fall out, Spoke with Scott and his answer was we are trying to get me a replacement cover even sent me a tracking number royal mail but Royal mail dont have the cover, I sent scott a ebay number the part is just £5.00 and i paid £200.00 for the grill , Bad Seller use somebody else.
