The seller was apologetic and l still haven't received the new canle after about 10 days. It's bank holiday till Tuesday 15th July here in North of Ireland. The seller was courteous even though l was so frustrated. Just have to wait it out and as a bonus they gave me a full refund. So yes l would buy from this seller again.
