I had been sent a 5 L Thermo pot. I only ordered a 3 Lt. I contacted the seller the item was repackaged sent back and I’ve got my refund very quickly, innocent mistake on the sellers part but a very quick refund for which I’m grateful so yes I would buy from them again.
