The were great value and arrived as described. Shortly after trying them, there was a problem with the putter shaft and it snapped. We contacted Tracy and she was happy to either try to replace the putter or give a partial refund. The customer service was very good.

Only downside, courier left parcel on doorstep in full view of the public, not too good as was away for 5 days at the time. Didn't expect this from royal mail. Would suggest another courier.
