As everyone undoubtedly knows, the U.S. Postal Service is the epitome of inefficiency. USPS is about as efficient as a V-8 motor running on 2 cylinders. Their rates continue to spiral into the stratosphere & the "service" (or rather lack thereof) gets worse & worse!
