    The item arrived about 17 days late and turned out to be faulty. At every step of the way, the seller was unhelpful. I could not get the device to work and the seller would not help to resolve it - he just blamed me for the device not working. It also turned out the device was used more than once - not as described. I regret his abusive messages as well. I am still waiting for my refund - and have asked eBay to intervene.

    The item was delayed by Evri not collecting from the drop off shop by a week. The buyer didn't understand what it was he purchased, most likely mistaking it for a router that plugs into your home phone line and not a travel router. The item was used only once. The buyer insisted on messaging me in the early hours of the morning. I asked him to stop messaging me in the early hours and he did not. You can draw your own conclusions. For the sake of your sanity - avoid at all costs.
