    WARNING- DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PERSON. I ordered this medical device on 26 June. I needed it for 3 torn ligaments in my foot and the consultant stated I needed it ASAP. It still has not arrived on 14th July. I had to buy another one on 4th July as I could wait no longer and was 2 days after the delivery final date window. I requested a refund from the seller. She just cut and pasted the tracking information - that I could see. She has since ignored me and my daily refund requests. EBay involved.

    Better than jabra

    I came from jabra side by using various kits and this plantronics headset is better than jabra alternative. If you want to go for a bit higher try the voyager focus uc. Wireless and it has a very good sound quality (with bass)

    Excellent product but with some room for improvements

    Excellent product, with some room for improvements, I feel. The phono jack (3.5mm) connector socket on the USB connection cable is quite fidgety. The cable connecting the headsets is quite thin and feels very delicate, not as robust as the USB connection extension cable. Other than that, my only gripe is that the language of the announcer indicating Volume Level and Mute Status is set by default to American rather than UK English and appears to be non-selectable.

    Bought another headset to use at home for work. Great headsets albeit net really suitable for moving around as only come in a soft case and therefore vulnerable to damage.
