The were great value and arrived as described. Shortly after trying them, there was a problem with the putter shaft and it snapped. We contacted Tracy and she was happy to either try to replace the putter or give a partial refund. The customer service was very good.

Was a very reasonable price for the condition of the club! It came in the appropriate shipping time from UK to me in Canada! The packaging was amazing lots of bubble wrap and tape! It honestly took me 20 minutes just to get it all unwrapped it was packaged with care and passion! Will highly recommend this site to anyone looking to upgrade their clubs and not wanting to spend a fortune on new ones! Will be buying again!
