    Arrived well before promised delivery date, well-packed, in good condition. Generic toner cartridge shows as empty but in fact is full. Initial difficulty enabling printer to print from accessory paper feeds, was quickly sorted by a call to very knowledgeable technical support. Print quality not quite 100% but as good as can be expected from a drum that's done 100K sheets beforehand. Good value given its been serviced and has a warranty.

    Reliable duplex b&w laser printer

    If you are looking for a compact and reliable duplex b&w printer this is the one. Reasonably priced toner and HP's reliability. There is also an accessory paper tray available if you need it at a reasonable cost. I would buy the network version even if you won't need it imm mediately as the price difference is small. Slightly slow to start up but once it gets printing its fairly;y fast even in duplex and the print quality is decent for most purposes.

    Awful

    My purchase was a total failure and even I returned it. About the item: the color of the product (the plastic body) was fade and totally differnt from the photo. it was almost turned to yellow, as if it has been under sunshine for a long time. Test print was ok, BUT, when I tried to download the driver software for my laptop and my wife's laptop, both failed. Then the printer started to print files one page at a time even without being installed.

    A printer that is perfect!

    The printer is of perfect quality and is very affordable. The quality of the printing is good and because it's a laser printer it's very reliable. Although it's not colour for the money it costs it's more than perfect. The printing speed is good and if more RAM added it'll be even better. High capacity toner is on a very good price and the price per copy is really cheap.

    Quick and easy to use, good quality prints, automatic double sided copies

    This printer is only available as second hand. I already have a 1320 which has served me well for many years with no problems. I thought it was broken but it turned out it was a defective toner cartridge, but I found and bought a replacement because I like it so much. I now have two printers and I will put the new one aside until my original does eventually give up the ghost (if ever).
