    Sadly my purchase of this tape recorder arrived defective. It was totally dead and would not power up. Returned goods for refund as they were described as fully working. No evidence to suggest it was obviously damaged in transit albeit still possible; I suspect human error in putting this one out for sale, I e. poor quality control. Shopped here before without issues. Well packaged, reasonable postage. Poor communication both times. Poor value. Easy no quibble refund process.

    The watch was delivered earlier than expected, it was well packaged and as described. It was also good value but sadly turned out to be faulty. I do not believe the seller would have been aware of this as it may have been a battery watch but sadly wasn’t. They were very prompt in refunding and very trustworthy.
