    I bought some second hand clubs for my son. He was delighted when they arrived, well packaged and a day earlier than promised. The were great value and arrived as described. Shortly after trying them, there was a problem with the putter shaft and it snapped. We contacted Tracy and she was happy to either try to replace the putter or give a partial refund. The customer service was very good.

    The product was better than described top quality pre owned golf clubs clean and free from any damage, shipping was upgraded to 24 hour tracked for no reason whatsoever so I’m very grateful for that, value for money is a understatement good fair pricing, and was packaged in bubble wrap very tightly to stop any movement and in a big very secure box duct taped over securely, communication with the seller was also very good updated me without any prompting.
