Delivery was a bit slow but response from seller is that they are trying to change the delivery company. I have no way of knowing whether it was sent out this way, or whether the damage occurred in transit. At first the seller asked me to repair the item and accept a discount. As tis was not an acceptable solution, the seller paid a full refund.
