The seller communicated well by updating me about shipping and providing tracking information. Even though the reel was shipped from Japan, I received it within a couple of days from when I bought it (US west coast). This seller had the lowest price for this particular reel. Great seller!!!

They don't provide a delivery window, no way to contact unless you download Whatsapp. I've had good service with DHL, but this wasn't one of those times. Reel looked good as advertised. Well packed in plastic and wadded paper. It's too bad that the delivery service hurts the seller feedback.
