Tom Knisely's Weaving Rag Rugs
This book is a tremendous help in understanding all the terminology in weaving rugs. It gives great descriptions, uses, and recommendations of various warping threads and fabric used for weft. It has color photos of the finished rug and a swatch of the fabric used to show what it looks like and the effect you get in a rug. The patterns for the rugs are easy to follow with diagrams for setting the warping up. It is a great reference book for any weaver, inexperienced or experienced. Highly recommend this book.
