    The disaster of altering the formula for the lash princess, (and please don't say you haven't)

    When I first found the lash princess, I could not believe how lucky I had been. I had searched for years for the perfect mascara, and lo and behold I had found it. But then to my horror, about 8 months ago, everthing changed. For some unknown reason, you changed the formula, the constituents etc etc, what made lash princess so unique. Immediately, I could tell the difference. It no longer built up my lashes. I could sit at my dressing table for a very long time and not replicate the wonderful effect your mascara had produced. No longer did it thicken and lengthen, but worst of all, no sooner had I completed the application as best I could, than it started flaking from my lashes and ending up on my cheeks!!! I am constantly having to wipe the Bits away, which is incredibly ...
