The right pedal fitted nice and easy. The left pedal was very hard to fit. It would not tighten up. The thread has worn somehow. I had to take it to a bike shop. They managed to fit the pedal to my bike. They had trouble installing the pedal. It will never come off again. I just hope I do not need to replace my left pedal
