The seller said the ring could be set in 18k gold if I paid an extra $50. I then paid the $50. However, when the ring was delivered I saw that it was marked 14k 585 and the IGL certification stated that the ring is set in 14k gold. I have contacted the seller on two separate occasions and asked for a $50 refund; the seller hasn’t responded and has ignored my request.
