However, Ebay caused huge issues with the returns process due to telling me a refund had been provided but I didn't need to send the item back! The seller was told I'd been refunded and she hadn't been charged, but she had! It was only because the seller and I worked things out between us that things were resolved amicably. Ebay get your act together!
