    Seller responded quickly to offer and any messages. This little dragon was exactly as pictured. Shipping was quick but packaging could be improved a bit with more bubble wrap and double boxing when dealing with items this fragile. As it is, this little guy suffered a couple very minor chips in his travel. Seller was very apologetic and kindly offered a partial refund, as I still very much wanted to keep it. Overall I would say this was still a positive experience.
