I contacted the seller and they were brilliant and offered to refund me straight away (and promptly did). So it was a shame the item was broken, but I would recommend this vendor completely as they were so good. I would shop here again!

Original listed as Royal Mail tracked 48 but came unfortunately with Yodel. Carrier pigeon wood have been quicker!!!
