    DOA, and hard drive was shipped not in the original packaging or sealed bag, i.e. possibly not in the "new" condition it was advertised. Requested a refund, and was told I had to format the drive first and had to submit screen shots of my disk management console, even though this drive was meant for a NAS and simply was not recognized. Eventually, a refund was issued, though I could have done without the presumptuous arrogance. Not a seller I would use again!
