    In my many years as an eBay buyer, I have never received a bad experience until now. The seller claimed the order was shipped via USPS (untracked) on November 11, when in reality it was never shipped at all. This behavior is unethical and highly unprofessional. Actions like this should not be allowed on eBay. Although the money was refunded, that does not erase this poor business practice.
