    Best all rounder lens for E Mount

    Do it all lens that goes from 18mm to 200mm on an Amount camera or 27mm to 300mm as a full frame equivalent. Great travel lens that means you are not taking your lens on and off every 5 mins letting dust and muck into your camera each time. Bright enough for sunny locations and general outdoors photography. Not so great in low light at the long end but F3.5 at iso 800 gives reasonable exposure time and is still sharp. This is the newer, lighter version that has the "LE" at the end of the name, the original one is a bit heavier and more suited to video. Great lens, just buy one!

    Sony e mount 18-200mm Oss lens

    Compared to the 18 - 135mm this lens is far better, i was expecting the opposite, with the extra glass for the 200mm zoom, it is sharper and has a nicer more colourful popping image, not much heavier and only 5mm longer. The silver 18 to 200mm 67mm diameter lens which is bigger again is slightly more colourful and sharper but doesnt focus as well. I have all 3 lenses and think i will choose the 18 - 200 black lens (this one) as i shoot mainly portraits, if iwere a landscape photographer i would choose the silver option, either way not the 18-135mm.
