    I received the dishes in almost perfect condition. They were wrapped securely within the main shipping box, but the bottom of the box they were shipped in arrived untaped. My Postal delivery person delivered them to my door on a moving trolley. I had to be sure I held the bottom of the box securely when lifting them off of the trolley, otherwise the bottom would have fallen out of the box. One of the coffee cups arrived chipped.
