It arrived within a short time frame and the packaging was absolutely first class. It took me ages to remove all the items which were packaged individually from the bubble wrap however, this is the first time I have experienced packaging where there was absolutely no risk of any damage to the items in transit. . The only thing was DHL delivery one day they didn't deliver ,the had to wait weekend and bank Holiday Monday, so Tuesday was the next time which they gave a time of 17.17 to 18.17 . It was delivered at 14.45 luckily my wife was off to except at this time ,very unhappy with DHL.

However the carrier had clearly dropped the package and ther was damage to the left front corner, which initially stopped the disc drawer from opening. I managed to fix it so everything ended up working perfectly. Therfore very pleased with the machine. Thought I would message the seller about this so that he could make a complaint to the carrier. Much to my surprise he gave me a partial refund. What a seller!

      This PS4 is great as its a US/Canada console,the only down down is,within 5mins the dreaded "not enough system memory " popped up,conclusion,people selling these used PS4's might be unaware of this and the question needs to be asked before purchasing, their is no fix for this, so for an extra couple of quid buy new.

      Good condition console at a cheap price!

      Great console, really like the rest mode feature! Unfortunately, this console seems a little finnickity in this regard. The only way to successfully resume from rest mode is to not have the controller plugged in via usb while it goes into rest mode. Otherwise, it displays an error on resume, saying I've turned the console off incorrectly. It resets itself. Bit weird, but I've found a workaround so I'm happy! I'm playing Marvel Spider-man currently, looks amazing. Very happy with my purchase overall, £165 for a relatively good condition ps4 is a bargain!
