Coin was exactly as described in the listing, with great photos that allowed me to identify it as the somewhat scarce C-1 die variety. The price was slightly above market for an 1804 generic crosslet 4 with stems in XF45 condition--but a good deal for a C-1. Although the listing encouraged offers, I immediately clicked the BIN button.

I bought a highly desirable coin for my registry set. It was promptly mailed USPS., but when the box arrived four days later it had been tampered with and the coin was missing. I contacted NFC and all relevant authorities were immediately contacted (thanks, Dianne). My account was refunded in LESS THAN ONE WEEK. That is what I call excellent customer care.
