      The communication and customer service that I received from this seller throughout the transaction was excellent, even though I never actually received the corkscrew. The delivery company 'Evri' left the package/photographed it on the doorstep of the wrong address on a different estate. Whilst admitting that they had delivered the item incorrectly, Evri were not prepared to sort the problem in any way. Such shoddy delivery practices & appalling customer service should be a lesson for us all.
