    Book arrived with multiple plates detached & partially detached. As these issues weren't described/depicted I got in touch and was accused of having removed them myself! Prior feedback suggests an isolated instance of poor description and honest oversight, which is understandable. But combative and accusatory responses to fair and polite queries are unacceptable. A return was offered but this doesn't suit me. I can accept the book but the seller's conduct remains markedly condescending and poor.
