I checked the box and all the wrapping but it wasn't in there so I realized it was that way before it was sent. There was no mention of the damage in the listing or a photo. I did reach out to seller and they said I got it for a good price. I guess that meant "too bad". They did give a nominal refund of $3. If I sent it back I'd have to pay shipping. Very dishonest.
