This remote is not the brand specified in the description. Clearly states NINTENDO as brand. This is an off brand/ no brand on it. Seems very cheaply made obviously not NINTENDO. Rattles as if something is loose inside it as well. Gave this 2 stars because so far it seems to work.

Wont work on most of my games
These controllers will not work for all games. Anything that requires the nunchuk wont let you switch to these controllers it will tell you to put the nunchuk back in. The controllers are ok for the price but you can definitely tell they are cheaply made and not a Nintendo product. I gave it 2 stars because they do work but they work on so few of my games it's pointless. If I knew this ahead of time I would not have bought them.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Generic but functional(ish)
The controller is not a proper Nintendo Brand controller. It's a 3rd party one and it shows. There's practically no deadzones with the thumbsticks, (meaning trying to make Mario walk in Mario 64 is next to impossible), and diagonal movements also feel difficult to do with them. As well, the sticks and buttons feel stiff. However, they do work with the Wii and WiiU, so it is functional in the end. Just not very well.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great cheaper alternative to the classic controller

Good stuff
Got the OEM controller quickly, it was about as good as new, and it's getting a lot of use in the retro gaming sessions that are abound our quarantined mancave.
