    Electrical connection didn't fit

    The assembly did not fit my 2005 Subaru Forester X: the electrical interface was not compatible. Fortunately, I only needed the lid. So I removed the lid and hinge from this assembly and attached it to the base that I had from my vehicle. So we made it work.
