    Ordered 5 lights at $32 each. The seller never shipped the item, they created a tracking number but never posted the package. When I asked about the delay, they then lied that to me that the couriers lost the item. They then relisted the items for $111.24 each, resold them to someone else and then cancelled my ordered without communication. They took days to respond to messages, and even then, they didn't answer any questions I had. The single worst experience I've ever had with an online seller

    Ordered and payed for item 205652773520 (Full band radio). A few days after payment aufashiony sends a message that there was a problem with the item, and they won't deliver the item to us, instead they gave us a refund. Strangely enough, the item is still listed d.d. 28-08-2025, 1 sold and 4 in stock!! We'll never buy again from aufashiony.

    Dear customer it is so sad to see that you have leaved us a bad rating and there must be misunderstanding between us as we are informed by our courier that there is no shipping way to send the item to Netherlands so our sales have canceled your order and issue you a full refund they do not explain the real reason for cancellation for you actually as a seller we also do not wish such things happend so if you do not mind can you pls kindly help remove this bad rating for us too?

    You've sent us a message that the item was checked before shipping, the item was the last one, had problems and therefore you didn't sent it and refunded the purchase price. The item is however still listed by you, and now all over sudden you have an other explaination for not shipping the item? "Problems with shipments to the Netherlands by your courier company". Excuses, lies, and blaming now your courier, next step? blaming the customer who has the bloody nerve to order an item from you??
