    Apologies for the initial mix-up, the wrong item was sent by mistake. As soon as I was contacted, I offered both a full refund and to send the correct item, which I did. I also followed up with messages including tracking info, but received no further reply from the buyer. I always aim to provide fast, fair service and do everything I can to make things right.
