    This was not a good experience. I bought this item on August 21. The tracking information didn't show up until August 25. I finally received this item today, September 8. That's 3 weeks. I contacted the seller and the response was sorry, once it's shipped it's out of their hands.The item is supposed to be new but it isn't sealed, just in a plastic bag. Lid was off the item when arrived. Very unhappy with this purchase. I won't order from this seller again.

    The seller was phenomenal! Absolutely no issues there; shipped quickly, packaged well, fair shipping cost. Sadly, the item itself arrived completely dried out. However, I knew when I bought it that this was a mascara that had long ago been discontinued, but I wanted the tiny tube & brush so I purchased it anyway which is 100% MY fault, NOT the seller's.
