They were argumentative, and attempted to talk their way out of a refund by telling me that "expired strips work fine". They don't. The chemical used for testing breaks down. Diabetics can't afford to have incorrect blood sugar readings. Its dangerous whether you think it is or not. You aren't a medical professional. Ebay had to step in to resolve the issue.
