    great breadmaker better than some of the more expensives ones.

    so much better and easier to use than my old breadmaker. perfect bread most of the time. no recipe book with it but i dont use those recipes anyway as i have a far better recipe. try this. 1 cup warm water 110F (45c). 2 tablespoons white sugar. 0.25g yeast. 1/4 cup olive oil. 3 cups bread flour. 1 teaspoon salt. Place water,sugar and yeast in pan leave for 10 mins. then add oil, flour and salt. put it on program 2 french bread 1.5lb dark and let it bake ur bread. If the water is too hot or too cold the yeast wont active as good as the bread might not rise properly or collapse a bit. I find half a cup of boiling water with half cup cold water gets the temp about right. u can add more or less sugar and salt depending on ur taste. others that have tried that recipe from this machine loved ...

    Not nearly enough info.about use of bread maker.

    Why no product information. 15 settings and no info. about use. We use bread machines constantly. No receipt book . There is a thin metal hook and it just says " metal hook" and thats it.

    Does what it says on the box

    I have only made bread so far but the consistency is spot on. Two minor faults, the power leed could be a bit longer, and as everyone else has said a menu is needed, though a quick trip to youtube fixed that

    Baked 2lb loaf bottom 20mm compacted then started to get softer with air bubblestowards the top. No instruction manual and no recipe booklet. Basic machine.
