    Great Features

    I have used the wet grinder to polish several petrified wood rocks and it is up to the task. The soft start is a great feature not found on most polishers and would not want to use one without it. The variable speed control is also great to allow the best speed for the pad being used and the condition of the the rock. It is located such that it can be easily adjusted on the fly. I ran it for 10-15 minutes at a time and never felt like it was getting very warm much less hot. I do not press my pads very hard and mostly let the grinder weight do the job. The water system is the only fault the grinder has in that the on off valve drips if you try to use it to control the flow rate, so I used a control valve on my garden hose. It does not leak when in the off or on position.

    Fast ship, good quality, and makes work simpler/easier than modifying a variable speed angle grinder. Only negative issue is water hose coupling threads appear to have machining problem requiring two wrenches to make water connection not leak. Recommend product.

    Not enough amperage

    I’m not an expert in machine engineering but as a fabricator I can tell that Stadea is not powerful enough when you start polishing with a rough grid and heats up really fast ,start button not working as it should . They don’t accept returns(no wonder )watch out on that.
