      The items are quality, as described, beautiful. Great value. Cared for packing and fast posting. ENVI are the carrier, who left this box outside block of flats , so not safe at all. And Couldn't be bothered to buzz intercom. Lazy, irresponsible, slack, poorest service. Delivery is supposed to be door to door, so breach of contract for starters. I am happy to pay ROYAL MAIL rates because they deliver door to door.
