I bought an open box item and the desicription said it came with all accessories. However, the pictures did not show all the accessories. After receiveing the item, I contacted the seller and he immediately responded, within 20 min. and after a couple of back and forths, He refunded my cost 100%. I did not expect that. I was going to ask for a return and refund, but he went ahead and refunded the item!
