    Wouldn’t be without them!

    I use these gel packs several times a day in both cold and hot mode. They are sturdy, easy to use, lightweight, flexible and very comfortable. Being of slim design you can walk around “wearing” them unlike the larger, bulkier types.

    Does Not Stay Flexible When Frozen.

    I bought this product specifically as it stated it remains flexible after freezing, but it does not. It goes rock solid and is little if no use to use on my shoulder. I have tried using it at fridge temperature, but then it is not cold enough. Back to ice cubes and a tea towel sadly.

    Practical Compress

    I have used the compress hot. I warms up in a microwave oven in 30seconds. The Compress is a convenient size and is flexible so it fits close to the skin. Although it strikes hot initially it is quite bearable and maintaining pressure ensures the compress stays in position. After about 10-15 minutes it is cooled to a little over ambient.

    Really good for tendinitis

    I bought the gel pad to see if it would help with tendinitis, I froze the pad and placed it on my Achilles, the coldness really helped, I recommend wrapping it in a tea towel to take the edge of the coldness. It can be used in the microwave too, although I haven’t. Highly recommend, it helps a whole lot and it’s a great price.
